MIP - Tailoring Entertaining Online Depression Treatment for Medicaid-Eligible Perinatal Clients (FY23 Amendment 4)

This project seeks to improve access to tailored, entertaining, technology-assisted evidence-supported depression treatment for Medicaid-eligible women with perinatal depression. We propose to engage with mothers served by the Adrian Public Schools Head Start program to develop tailored video-based content, including an animated storyline featuring a character during the perinatal period as well as educational content specific to perinatal depression delivered by a feminine sounding voice.
