A Hybrid Effectiveness-Implementation RCT of Virtual Interview Training for Autistic Transition-Age Youth

The research outlined in this proposal meets an ongoing need to enhance services for autistic transition-age youth. The project will evaluate the effectiveness of Virtual Interview Training for Transition Age Youth (VIT) at enhancing employment and mental health outcomes for autistic transition-age youth engaged in school-based pre-employment transition services (ETS), while simultaneously evaluating initial implementation processes associated with optimizing VIT delivery and student engagement within ETS.
