Outreach Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Outreach Coordinator is part of the Education, Outreach and Welcoming Team which is responsible for designing and carrying out the agency’s education, outreach, and welcoming efforts across the community. This role will conduct welcome interviews, an initial screening to Ozone House services. They will then be responsible for conducting crisis and short-term interventions while working on connecting them internally to Ozone House services or externally to community partners. Additionally, this position will provide staffing support at the Drop-In Center and conduct educational presentations and outreach activities to increase awareness of Ozone House services in local schools and community-based organizations.
