Registration

Fees and Payment

Payment may be made by check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. If paying by check or money order, please pay in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, payable to The University of Michigan School of Social Work. Fees must accompany the registration form unless agencies are to be billed. If agencies are to be billed directly, include a letter of approval and/or purchase order number from the agency. Fees include registration and some seminar materials. Parking, overnight accommodations, lunch, and textbooks (where required) are not included.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you must cancel your registration, please call the Office of Continuing Professional Educations soon as possible at (734) 615-3370. Refunds will be made only for cancellations received at least one week prior to the course. Cancellations within one before the course start date will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee. At any time you may designate a substitute to attend in your place. The office reserves the right to cancel any program because of low enrollment or hazardous weather conditions. In these situations, you will not be charged a processing fee and will receive either a complete refund or a credit certificate.
