Job Description: This position shall serve in a dual role of Clinician within the Case Management Team as well as performing responsibilities associated with the Performance Improvement Team. Clinician PI - Conducts utilization management and record reviews to ensure quality and compliance. Continuously updates knowledge on MDCH, JCAHO and other regulatory standards. Works with team to ensure requirements are understood and in compliance. Conducts various quality reviews, analyzes results, monitors trends and makes recommendations for performance improvement. Provides training and feedback for staff and providers. Coordinates and monitors JCAHO accredidation to ensure regulatory standards are met and identifies and facilitates plans for improvement.
