Job Description: This position shall serve in a dual role of Clinician within the Case Management Team as well as performing responsibilities associated with the Performance Improvement Team. Job Description: The Clinical Case Manager is responsible for the management of services, works with court and may attend court hearings. This position works directly with youth, the family and the County or State workers utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral approach in the assessment, planning and treatment stages with the youth and the family.
