Application Dates
Consideration of applications begins in December, with priority in processing given to those applications postmarked and completed by March 1. The School uses a modified rolling admissions policy, so it is advisable for applicants to submit their completed application packet to the School of Social Work well in advance of March 1. Review of applications and notification to applicants of decisions will continue through May. Review of applications received and completed after March 1 may continue into the summer.
NOTE: The priority processing deadline for International student applications is February 1.
December 1st Early Application Option
Applicants who submit their completed application packet by December 1 will be notified of their admissions status through the initial review by March 1. Most early applicants will be informed of the final admissions decision by March 1. However, for a limited number of early applicants, the final admissions determination will not occur until after March 1 pending the review of additional applications.
NOTE: This option is not available for students applying under the Provisions for Non-Baccalaureate Degree Applicants.
